Keith Andrews gave his thoughts on the reaction of the **Brentford**team to a big night in their history.
The Bees have already stunned **Chelsea**with a 2-2 draw and **Man United**with a 3-1 victory at the Gtech Community Stadium earlier this season in the Premier League. However, they topped it off with a 3-2 win over reigning champions Liverpool, battering them with directness and physicality.
The triumph has given the team further room from the bottom three as they prove the doubters wrong. But there is no room for complacency in the camp at the highest level of the game and the players will be keen to avoid being on the wrong end of a shock in the Carabao Cup against Grimsby Town, who have already upset the odds with a second round penalty shootout victory against Man United.
"The place has been quite vibrant, good energy. Results will always bring that, certainly the magnitude of the one we got the other night."
"You have to maintain it. Standards - they have set the bar really high in the last week. I think Tuesday night's game is a really good game for us."
"I have tried to soak it in a little bit but you are quickly on to the next game. Sunday was a nice feeling to debrief about the game. We made a big thing about the collective staff, it is really important the contribution they make on a daily basis, for the players to realise that and acknowledge that.
“We were very quickly onto Grimsby Town. I did go for a meal but that was the end of it. You can take a moment and think 'we did really good last week' but this game has a habit of testing you and I am very aware of that."
