Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers has attracted interest from several top clubs following his performances at Villa Park.
Rogers joined Villa from Middlesbrough in February 2024 for an initial £8million, with the deal potentially rising to £15m in add-ons.
Football Insider revealed in August Villa are doing everything they can to keep Rogers after he was linked with a summer exit.
Chelsea have been long-term admirers of Rogers and are believed to still be interested in signing the England international.

Aston Villa’s PSR situation could force Morgan Rogers sale
Former Man City financial adviser Stefan Borson exclusively told Football Insider there would likely be several clubs bidding for Rogers if he were to become available.
Villa value Rogers at around £80m, potentially handing them a significant profit if they were to cash in on their star man.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider about how much Rogers is currently worth, Borson said: “Well, it’s very hard to say. Obviously, an open market depends on how many clubs are bidding and how desperate Villa might be for a sale, which will partly depend on the PSR situation again, but also how they want to invest in the rest of the squad.

“We know that they had a tricky summer this summer. We have to see how the season pans out. Whether they get Champions League, whether they don’t.
“If they don’t, what does that mean in terms of what they can invest, what they’re doing with their wage bill and the gap. All of those factors will play into what he’s worth.”

Rogers was criticised for a poor run of form earlier in the season, but he’s contributed a goal and two assists in his past four outings for Unai Emery’s side.
Aston Villa to land big-money fee for Rogers
Football Insider revealed on Sunday that Rogers is in “advanced” talks with Villa over a new contract despite his current deal expiring in 2030.
However, speculation is likely to continue around the 23-year-old’s future following the interest in acquiring his services.
Borson insisted the West Midlands giants will be able to get a better price for Rogers if a bidding war develops.
“I mean, I think he’s a player that would have enough interest to get a number of clubs bidding,” said Borson.
“If you’ve got two or three clubs bidding, then you’re starting to get a better price for Aston Villa if he was to move on. But I think it’s all too early to look at summer transfers.”
Rogers has started in 11 of his 13 appearances in all competitions for Emery’s side this season.
