Shutting down the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders was no small feat, and this team looked like they were going to go on an impressive run.
They faltered in their next two games, losing to the Cleveland Browns and tying the Dallas Cowboys, head-scratching results given their start to the season.
Thankfully, the Packers’ defense has been significantly better since the bye, and they’re starting to fire on all cylinders again.

He’s also played one less game than Bonitto due to the Packers’ bye, an important distinction when talking about stats at this point in the season.
Packers fans knew that the addition of Parsons was going to significantly impact this team, but even the most optimistic fan couldn’t have predicted this.
His dominance forces opposing defenses to double-team him, which has also given his teammates more opportunities to succeed and showcase what they can do on the football field.
The Packers already had a lot of strong defenders before Parsons was added to the roster; he just helps them shine more than they already did and have in years past.
