Keith Andrews shared how **Brentford**have prepared for a Carabao Cup clash with Grimsby Town.
The team are flying high off the back of a 3-2 win against reigning Premier League champions **Liverpool**at the Gtech Community Stadium, and a tally of 13 points has put the players eight clear of the relegation zone. The Bees have already stung **Chelsea**and **Man United**at their ground, and the fortress in West London is a foundation for the group to continue proving their doubters wrong.
However, they must not let their standards slip on the road at Blundell Park. Grimsby defeated Sheffield Wednesday to get to the fourth round of the tournament and famously knocked out **Man United**in a penalty shootout in the second round. Andrews wants to keep the momentum from the weekend rolling onwards, and that will only be possible with maximum respect for the opposition.
"Whatever team we pick is strong, I've been saying that to the players for weeks and weeks.
"The bench has made a huge impact in recent weeks - goals from it, courage, personality and experience - so they need to be rewarded and the squad will be utilised.
"We've got a humble group and a hungry group that want to achieve and really wouldn't underestimate any opposition"
"We've got a humble group and a hungry group that want to achieve and really wouldn't underestimate any opposition.
"The process is the exact same as the build-up to any game. We've watched a lot of them and are very respectful around them and the qualities they have. We're really up to speed on their key players and the system they play.
"To get to this point in the competition is significant for them. They've achieved a lot this season and are a very well-coached team. We have to be very respectful of them, but we'll be ready."
