The Los Angeles Rams have had a ton of coordinators under head coach Sean McVay get hired as head coaches in the NFL. McVay has one of the best coaching trees in the NFL also.

One potential coach on the Rams staff that could get serious looks as an NFL head coach this upcoming offseason is offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur. He is the brother of Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur. Mike is waiting for his chance, and he could be a good hire for one of these teams if given the chance.
NFL Analyst Believes That Los Angeles Rams OC Mike LaFleur Could Be Hired as a Head Coach This Offseason

Cory Woodroof of the USA Today listed many different coordinators across the NFL who could potentially get hired as a head coach this offseason in the NFL. LaFleur, the offensive coordinator for the Rams could one of the next hires from the McVay coaching tree. Woodroof said,
“LaFleur could be the latest coach from the Kyle Shanahan/Sean McVay coaching tree to land a head coaching job in the NFL. NFL teams love hiring their top assistants and seeing of that Shanahan/McVay magic can linger just enough to find similar success elsewhere. Sometimes, it works. Sometimes, it does not. Mike LaFleur’s brother Matt has done wonders with the Green Bay Packers, and it feels like a matter of time until Mike LaFleur will get his chance.”
There is no doubt that he could have the same success in the NFL as a head coach like his brother Matt. Mike has a chance to be a really good coach in the NFL. The Rams have a very good offense once again this season. There will be a lot of openings once the 2025 NFL season ends and LaFleur will be one of the top candidates for this head coaching cycle.
