Crystal Palace midfielder Jefferson Lerma has attracted interest from Vasco da Gama, according to a report from NTVascainos in Brazil.
The outlet claims the Rio de Janeiro side have already made initial contact to explore a possible move for the Colombian in 2026. They view Lerma as a potential market opportunity as they build their squad for next season.
Lerma, 31, has a deal with Crystal Palace until June 2026. He joined the club from Bournemouth in 2023 and has since become a regular in the Premier League.
The midfielder also plays a key role for the Colombian national team under Néstor Lorenzo, often operating as a defensive midfielder and sometimes filling in at centre-back.
The Brazilian side recently completed the loan transfer of Matheus França from Palace, and that fresh link between the clubs could make new talks smoother if Vasco push ahead with the idea.
For now, there are no formal negotiations, but the report suggests Lerma’s name is firmly on Vasco’s list as they prepare early for 2026.
