Everton have allowed Tyler Onyango to spend more time at Stockport County, and the deal is paying off.
Loan deals are vital for young players as they gain first-team experience away from home.
Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford certainly benefited from loans early in his career, while Michael Keane, Jack Grealish and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall all headed out on loan as youngsters.
Harrison Armstrong is now impressing for Preston North End, but other loanees are also enjoying their time away from Everton.

Tyler Onyango helps Stockport County go top of League One
Everton sent Tyler Onyango back to Stockport County for another loan spell.
The 22-year-old has spent more than a decade in the Everton ranks, but has only made five first-team appearances.
After an injury-hit spell with Stockport last season, Onyango returned to Edgeley Park for another stint on deadline day.
Everton fans may know Onyango as a huge defensive midfielder, standing at 6ft 5in.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Onyango has even played as a central defender in the Everton ranks, but he has been redesigned as a wing-back at Stockport.
You don’t often see 6ft 5in wing-backs flying up and down the flanks, but Onyango is operating on the right side of County’s 3-4-2-1 system.
Stockport beat Port Vale 3-0 on Monday night, and Onyango played a key role in their victory.
Onyango sent in a superb cross for Nathan Lowe to head home the opener, before Stockport ran riot to take a 3-0 lead into half-time.
The Everton talent squared up his opponent, drove past him and then sent in a brilliant cross, weighted perfectly for Lowe to score.
This win means that Stockport now sit top of the League One table, and Onyango is playing an important role in their push towards the Championship.

Tyler Onyango still unlikely to break through at Everton
Onyango’s development as a right wing-back is interesting, given that Everton are not exactly blessed at right-back.
Jake O’Brien is a centre-back doing a job at right-back, Nathan Patterson has struggled since joining from Rangers, and Seamus Coleman is coming towards the end of his career.
David Moyes would be foolish not to keep tabs on Onyango’s development, but a journey into Everton’s first team looks unlikely.
Onyango is already 22 and turns 23 in March, but is only just establishing himself as a regular in League One.
The jump to the Premier League is a huge one, and Onyango may find that Everton look in another direction for a new right-back.
Onyango could still play his part in a dream season for Stockport, but it may only be a precursor to a permanent Everton exit in 2026.
