**Teenagers Marc Guiu, Estevao and Tyrique George scored as Chelsea thrashed 10-man Ajax 5-1 in a one-sided Champions League game at Stamford Bridge. Here’s how we rated each Blues player.**
Filip Jorgensen: 6
------------------
Didn’t have much to do on a night that Chelsea dominated. Wout Weghorst squeezed a penalty past the goalkeeper, who will feel he could have saved it and finished with a clean sheet.
Wesley Fofana: 7
----------------
Assured performance as part of a makeshift back three, which turned into a back four in the second half. Provided the assist for Guiu’s opening goal with a smart header across goal, in what was his first appearance for a month.
Tosin Adarabioyo: 6
-------------------
Gave away a soft first-half penalty when he stepped on Raul Moro’s foot. Weghorst converted and kept Ajax in a game that threatened to get away from them early. Replaced at half-time on a booking.
Jorrel Hato: 7
--------------
Kept his former teammates quiet on a night that his old club came to town. Looked comfortable alongside Tosin and Fofana in the first-half backline, and then formed part of a solid back four when Josh Acheampong and Trevoh Chalobah were introduced.
Moises Caicedo: 8
-----------------
Scored Chelsea’s second with a long-range effort that was deflected past helpless 41-year-old goalkeeper Remko Pasveer, in what is becoming a trademark effort. Controlled the midfield before being rested for much of the second half.
Romeo Lavia: 7
--------------
Didn’t put a foot wrong and provided solid cover for the Chelsea defence, while also looking to feed the ball into those in front of him. Played 65 minutes before he made way for youngster Reggie Walsh.
Enzo Fernandez: 8
-----------------
Impressed on his return to midfield after missing the weekend win at Nottingham Forest. Was cleaned out by a Weghorst challenge inside the Ajax box on the stroke of half-time. Got up and slotted the ball past Pasveer from 12 yards. Rested for the second half with Chelsea in full control.
Facundo Buonanotte: 8
---------------------
Was at the centre of much early action, and was caught high by Kenneth Taylor in the 16th minute. The Ajax captain was dismissed for his challenge, and Buonanotte provided the cross that led to Chelsea’s opening goal seconds later. Impressed in his first full 90 minutes for Chelsea.
Estevao: 8
----------
Another eye-catching attacking performance. Was never afraid to take on his man and try and beat him with a trick. Fouled by Youri Baas, who had two nibbles at him, for Chelsea’s second penalty. The young Brazilian was handed the ball by captain Fernandez, and smashed his spot kick into the net. Also came very close with an acrobatic bicycle kick late on.
Jamie Gittens: 7
----------------
Whipped in a couple of dangerous crosses, and also got the assist for Caicedo’s goal, though the midfielder did much of the hard work from 25 yards.
Marc Guiu: 8
------------
Opened the scoring with a tap-in that immediately punished the early red card. Also gave Ajax plenty to think about with good runs in behind the defence. Was subbed off at half-time and will probably feel hard done by.
Tyrique George: 8
-----------------
Scored within three minutes of coming off the bench. His composed effort from the edge of the box deflected off Lucas Rosa and past Pasveer for Chelsea’s fifth. Also whipped in a dangerous cross to the back post that Estevao nearly tapped in.
Trevor Chalobah: 6
------------------
Solid at the back and captained the side for the last 30 minutes.
Andrey Santos: 6
----------------
Played the second half in place of Fernandez and saw plenty of the ball, but didn’t catch the eye quite as much as the man he replaced.
Josh Acheampong: 6
------------------
Followed up his impressive showing against Forest with another decent performance that might earn him a spot in Enzo Maresca’s starting XI at the weekend against Sunderland. Often pushed into midfield to provide support for Chelsea’s attack, which pinned Ajax in their own half for much of the second 45.
Reggie Walsh: 7
---------------
An impressive cameo for the 17-year-old, who appeared unfazed in his Champions League debut. Became the second-youngest Englishman to play in Europe’s top competition, behind only Jack Wilshere.
