NBA superstar Jaylen Brown hilariously calls LeBron James for hair transplant advice

To start the 2025-26 season, Jaylen Brown finds himself without most of the starters who won the NBA championship alongside him. Jayson Tatum is injured, while Jrue Holiday, Kristaps Porzingis, and Al Horford have all left the Boston Celtics. And as if this wasn’t enough, Brown is getting ruthlessly trolled on social media.

At 29 years old, Jaylen appears to be losing his hair. There’s no shame in that; it happens to many men. However, a video of Brown’s hairline, clearly augmented artificially, rubbing off on OG Anunoby, recently went viral. And with many fans making fun of him for it, Brown announced he’d be going bald live on stream on Tuesday.

The stream was quite hilarious, and it also included some fun at the expense of LeBron James. At one point, Brown called James, asking him for hair transplant advice and whether he should go to Turkey for it.

LeBron has been asked about his hairline time and again during his career. Many think the King has gotten work done on his hair to make it better. Whether that is the case or not, this is clearly just Brown having some fun with what is ordinarily a slightly touchy topic.

His hair isn’t the biggest concern Brown has at the moment. Despite his 26.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game, Boston has begun their campaign going 1-3. The team is unlikely to be a juggernaut this year, like they have consistently been over the past few seasons. But then again, we’ve never seen a bald Jaylen Brown leading the charge.
