Better known for his appearances during NBA All-Star Weekend than for actually sticking on an NBA roster, Mac McClung has finally found a home in the league.
The Indiana Pacers announced Tuesday they had signed the 6-foot-2 guard, the three-time reigning champion of the NBA’s midseason dunk contest, to what is reportedly a multiyear contract. It is the first standard contract for McClung after years of earning what amounted to cups of coffee in the NBA while toiling in the G League.
