Corgi in Wheelchair Steals the Show at NFL Game and There Isn't a Dry Eye in the House

No matter what dogs go through, they always seem to come out the other side just as happy and loving as ever. They remind us to never take life for granted and to be grateful for every precious moment, even when life gets hard.

Ella, a Corgi in a wheelchair, couldn't be a more perfect example of proving this. The sweet girl recently competed in the New England Patriots Corgi Race and completely stole the show.

Darling Ella, a certified pet therapy dog, may not have actually "competed" with the other full-mobility dogs, but she doesn't care! She's just thrilled to be a part of the fun. Take a look, and try not to feel at least a little inspired by this amazing girl.

If you didn't cry watching Ella give it her all, congrats, because you're better than me! The fan-filmed clip shared by @kayleigh.stickney12 shows how determined the happy Corgi is, even in a race against only herself. There's a metaphor in there somewhere.

With her adorably stumpy legs and charming personality, bigger than the football field, Ella is nothing but pure sunshine. Sure, the other Corgis were faster, but Ella's sheer grit, resilience, and big heart had everyone roaring with cheer.

13 Corgis Competed in the Race

Described as a "chow hound with a voluptuous, fluffy butt, radar ears, treat detector nose, lazy girl, and slowpoke on wheels," Ella's one good girl I won't soon forget. There were 12 other Corgis who raced, too.

As shared by @littlestumpsracing, the other pups who joined in the half-time fun included Leia, Ravioli, Oliver, Mango, Teddy, Angus, Finn, Annie B., Cannoli, Kyva, and Quincy, who are all perfect angels.

Here's a view from one of the speedy pups' POV.

This is one of those races where it doesn't matter who wins. They all gave their best shot and were adorable doing it.

As for Ella, she wins for "Most Likely to Make Me Cry Before Noon" as well as MVP for showing the world that setbacks and heartbreak don't define us-it's what we do in spite of them that makes us who we are.
