Everton have one of the most passionate fanbases in the Premier League, but how many fans do they actually have worldwide?
Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner admitted earlier this month that Everton fans won them the game; that’s how great the support is.
Everton get crowds in excess of 50,000 at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, although they could easily get more with a bigger capacity.
The Toffees do have plans to increase the new stadium’s capacity to around 57,000 over the next few years.
With that said, there is a report which has estimated exactly how many supporters the Toffees have in total and it may come as a surprise.

Everton estimated to have 4.6 million fans
According to data from Stadium Maps, Everton are estimated to have around 4.6 million fans around the world.
It’s understood the Toffees have significant support in overseas countries such as Ireland, Australia, the United States, and Thailand.
However, interestingly, when this data was collated last year, Leicester City were deemed to have a much larger fanbase.

MORE EVERTON STORIES
Indeed, the Foxes would’ve gained a lot of supporters after winning the Premier League in 2016, but even still, it’s quite surprising.
Many would argue Everton have the biggest fanbase outside the big six, and there is an argument that they could compete with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.
Everton remain one of the most successful clubs in England
Everton are still one of the most successful clubs in England, having won nine First Division titles, with only four teams bettering that tally.
Club Wins
1 Liverpool
2 Manchester United
3 Arsenal FC
4 Manchester City
5 Everton FC
6 Aston Villa
7 Chelsea FC
8 Sunderland AFC
9 Sheffield Wednesday
10 Newcastle United
The Toffees have actually won more than Chelsea, and the other traditional big six club, Tottenham, aren’t even in the top 10.
Spurs have only won the top-flight title twice in their history, with their last triumph dating back to the 1960/61 season.
The debate over how big a club is will always be subjective as there are many different criteria it can be judged by.
But either way, Everton have and will always be considered among the biggest in the country due to their rich history and fantastic supporters.
