Nuno Espirito Santo has done little to win over West Ham United fans since replacing Graham Potter.
Nuno was embarrassed by Leeds United at Elland Road, with the Portuguese manager making baffling decisions in the starting lineup, initially playing a back three.
Premier League relegation is a realistic prospect at the London Stadium, and things need to change quickly in E20.
The East London outfit could potentially strengthen their squad in the winter transfer window to give themselves a better chance, but the former Nottingham Forest boss’ priorities seem to be skewed.

Nuno wants the Hammers to sign a new forward and midfielder in January, according to West Ham Football.

It’s been reported that the Portuguese manager will look to prioritise additions in the middle of the park and up front, which shouldn’t be the case at the London Stadium.
The East London club’s defence has arguably been their worst aspect this season, conceding 20 after nine matches, the most in the Premier League.
Max Kilman and Jean-Clair Todibo have looked clueless, with Igor Julio and Konstantinos Mavropanos also failing to make much of a difference in E20.
Nuno seems to be utterly clueless about what’s actually plaguing the Hammers in the current campaign, and someone has to take control of the situation.
While a new number nine is arguably needed as Niclas Fullkrug continues to struggle with fitness issues, the Portuguese manager has enough legs in the middle of the park.

The Portuguese manager isn’t entitled to backing at the East London club if he doesn’t show he’s capable of turning things around.
