Eduardo Camavinga left a huge impression on Chelsea’s Chairman Todd Boehly as he was the best midfielder on the pitch during El Clasico at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Although, it was only the young star’s second league appearance this season. But, his knack for dictating the game’s tempo was already enough to get the eyes of Chelsea’s scouts. Boehly is thought to have a very high need to show his might. The the Blues’ owner wants to propose nearly 70 to 75 million euros for the transfer of the French international to Stamford Bridge.
Boehly’s interest in Camavinga comes at the right time and is perfectly in line with his plan. The club wants to identify and attract the young multi-talented players with potential. The West London side want them trained according to the club’s future needs.
Los Blancos not willing to sell
Chelsea’s financial muscle might lure many teams, except Real Madrid. Head coach Xabi Alonso sees Camavinga as a future star and is a fan of his passing and tactical skills. The young Frenchman’s smooth transition from center mid to left-back has made him a key part of the Madrid’s system.
Club insiders are claiming that no sale of the player is being talked about at the moment. This is even more so in the light of the player’s increasing role in creating balance in Madrid’s midfield.
