Bournemouth were without only Evanilson on Sunday for the visit of Nottingham Forest, which meant Iraola was forced to leave James Hill, Adam Smith and Julian Araujo out of the squad.
The boss has options across the XI – and he said it was difficult to make choices, although he was hopeful of Evanilson returning for the trip to Manchester City so he had more tough decisions to make.

He said: “It's getting very tough for me to make decisions.
“Not just in the midfield, in the defence, in the forwards, in the wingers. Today, James Hill was out of the squad and Adam Smith was out of the squad.

“It's true that he [Smith] was coming from an injury and still probably not 100 per cent, but James Hill has played, I think every game apart from one, maybe, or something like this.
“And it's getting very difficult. Ben Doak, he has been very good in his last appearances. Today I gave him zero minutes and probably it's unfair because he was very good.
“But in that moment of the game I thought we needed different things.
“That is the life of the manager, it’s difficult decisions. If we recover, I hope we can recover Evanilson for next week and I have to take even more difficult decisions.
“At the end, everyone will not be happy. This is impossible. But I have to look at the benefit of the team and I hope this internal competition normally is good.”
