MINNEAPOLIS (KAIT) - The pride of Newark continues to be one of the storylines early in the NBA season.
Austin Reaves hit the game winner Wednesday night as the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 116-115. The Cedar Ridge alum had 28 points, 16 assists, 2 steals, and 1 rebound in the victory.
Reaves is currently 3rd in the NBA in scoring at 35.8 points per game. He dropped a career high 51 points on October 26th at Sacramento, the Lakers guard followed that up with 41 points October 27th at Portland.
