Should Tottenham look to sign Vitor Roque?
This is where Tottenham need to first decide what kind of strikers they want to bring to Hotspur Way. Whether they want someone who can make that immediate impact or someone who they can develop over the years into his potential. Roque belongs to the latter category. So first the Lilywhites and the decision-makers at N17 need to determine and lay out a blueprint for what kind of players they want to bring in up front.
