One thing the Philadelphia Eagles have done really well in the Nick Sirianni era that hasn't been seen in franchise history over the last half-century is how much they win.
The Eagles have won a staggering 71.1% of the regular games and 66.7% of the postseason games under Sirianni since he took over as a head coach. Sirianni is currently 54-22 in the regular season and has a playoff record of 6-3, including two Super Bowl appearances and one Super Bowl title.
While those numbers are impressive, The Athletic's Eagles reporter Zach Berman has another that will top them.
"The Eagles are 6-1 under Sirianni with 11-plus days of rest between games. (This filters out the Thursday games.) The only loss was Super Bowl LVII.
If you include season openers (which also have the benefit of rest and preparation time), the Eagles are 11-1 under Sirianni."
No reason to watch the Green Bay Packers game as the Eagles got it
Coming off the bye week, the 6-2 Eagles are set to travel to Green Bay, Wisconsin, to face the Packers in primetime. Both teams are battling for the NFC's number one seed, with Green Bay having the slight advantage at 5-1-1.
What Berman's stat shows is that there isn't a coach in the NFL who gets his team refocused after a long break than Sirianni does. Eagles fans have already seen it multiple times this season with getting the team set to play.
After the Week 1 win over the Dallas Cowboys, Sirianni had the Eagles ready to go against a tough Kansas City Chiefs team, which turned into a 20-17 slugfest. Philly had to bounce back from a long break after losing to the New York Giants in Week 6, but still pulled out an impressive 28-22 season-changing win over the Minnesota Vikings.

It doesn't matter if this Eagles team has four days' rest or two weeks off; Sirianni will have his team ready to go, and that's reflected in his career record as the head coach.
