The Miami Dolphins host the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night in a battle of two-win teams.

Lamar Jackson returns from injury after being sidelined for three weeks with a hamstring issue, while Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins look to build off their best performance of the season in Week 8, a 34-10 win over the Falcons.

Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens

Andrews, along with every skill position player on the Ravens offense, will benefit greatly from Jackson’s return. The veteran tight end has a longstanding rapport with his quarterback that once launched him into the conversation for the NFL’s best tight end.

The 30-year-old scored a season-best 27.1 FPTS in Baltimore’s Week 3 loss to the Lions, Jackson’s last full game before getting injured.

With Jackson back under center, the Ravens are capable of marching down the field and scoring a touchdown on any one drive or play, which was not the case with backup QBs Cooper Rush and Tyler Huntley.

With fellow tight end Isaiah Likely seeing a reduced role this season, Andrews should play a significant part in Baltimore’s offensive game plan on Thursday night.

Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins

Waddle has had an up-and-down fantasy campaign, scoring 14+ FPTS five times and fewer than 8 FPTS three times. It’s been boom-or-bust, just like the Dolphins offense.

With Tyreek Hill (knee) out for the year, Waddle is the bona fide No. 1 downfield and intermediate option for Tagovailoa. The Alabama product has been targeted six or more times in six of eight games this year, so even if his yardage isn’t there, he holds solid value in PPR leagues.

With 95 or more receiving yards in three of his last four games, Waddle is picking up steam and is a must-start on Thursday night.

Malik Washington, WR, Dolphins

Washington is a bit of a risky play given he has exceeded 10 FPTS just once on the season, but the 24-year-old has plenty of upside if the Miami offense keeps trending upwards.

Tagovailoa has leaned on Washington in the short passing game, targeting him five times or more in six of eight games this season, including for his first touchdown of the season in Week 8.

Facing a Ravens defense that has allowed 10+ FPTS to 14 different receivers in just seven games this year, we could be in for a season-best performance from the Dolphins’ second-year man.
