Police say Mark Traver's disappearance is "out of character".

Police are searching for a man who has vanished after travelling to Paisley for work on Wednesday.
Mark Travers, 41, from Dundonald, was last seen around 9am on, October 29, 2025, in Paisley. He later made contact with his family that same day, but has not been seen or heard from since.
His last known contact with anyone was shortly before 4pm on Wednesday. He was last seen driving a white Ford Transit van, with the registration number SW21 GZV.
Police have described his disappearance as "out of character" and have appealed to anyone who might have seen his vehicle.
Mark is described as white, around 6ft 1in tall, with short fair hair. When last seen, he was wearing black work trousers, a mint green North Face hoodie, a black North Face beanie hat, and brown/tan DeWalt work boots.
Sergeant Stevie Bruce said: “This behaviour is out of character for Mark, who lives in South Ayrshire but was in Paisley for work.

“He was last seen in his white Ford Transit van, and I would urge anyone who may have spotted this vehicle in the Ayrshire or Paisley areas to get in touch.
