William Osula will get more chances to prove himself at Newcastle United after some joined-up thinking behind the scenes.
Osula almost left Newcastle United in September but owners PIF blocked his potential move to Eintracht Frankfurt.
The 22-year-old remains a Newcastle United player and that will be the case for the rest of the season at least.
Despite the fact Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen are interested in a January move for Osula, those behind the scenes have come to a decision about his market value, as well as his importance to Eddie Howe.

Newcastle United decide to keep William Osula this season
According to The Daily Mail, Osula will not be allowed to leave in January.
Top brass at St James’ Park are understood to be on the same page regarding the former Sheffield United striker.
It’s claimed that not even an offer of £30million would be enough to tempt them into selling the Danish U21 international, because insiders do not believe there is a player on the market who can replace his profile at that kind of price.
Newcastle also believe that Osula is likely to show yet more signs of improvement when he fully recovers from the ankle injury that has lingered in recent weeks.

The Newcastle United coach credited with William Osula’s improvement
Howe thinks Osula is maturing at Newcastle and both the manager and the striker need to take credit for that.
Still, such is the brilliance of the Newcastle United coaching staff, there’s another person to credit.
After the forward’s brilliant impact against Fulham on Saturday, Howe credited Graeme Jones for helping Osula develop as a player.
“He’s worked tirelessly with Graeme Jones, who has done a lot of individual work with him, as have all of our coaches, but Graeme in particular,” said Howe.
The Dane has had to bide his time for much of his Newcastle career but this season is starting to look like something of a breakout campaign in his development.
Keeping him is a wise decision. While it would be understandable if Osula wanted more regular game time, Newcastle will need him over the course of a busy campaign that is set to hit its most hectic point after the November international break.
