All of a sudden, the vibes are great for the Baltimore Ravens.
After the Tyler Huntley-led win on Sunday, Lamar Jackson returned Thursday night and led a total thrashing of the Miami Dolphins to open up Week 9.
With it, the Ravens improved to 3-5, and somehow it feels like they're right back in the thick of things already.
As of the end of Thursday night, the Ravens are tied with the Cincinnati Bengals for second place in the AFC North.
The Pittsburgh Steelers lead the division at 4-3 entering their Week 9 game (and that's against the 7-1 Colts, so Pittsburgh could be staring at 4-4, which would be only one game up on Baltimore).
With Jackson back now, anything feels possible. And Jackson threw four touchdowns on Thursday, so it looks like he's ready to lead a playoff push.
The upcoming schedule will certainly lend itself to picking up a bunch of wins in a hurry if the Ravens keep playing well.

Ravens' upcoming schedule
This is who Baltimore has remaining in their last nine games, with each team's current starting QB:
at Vikings: J.J. McCarthy
at Browns: Dillon Gabriel
Jets: Justin Fields
Bengals: Joe Flacco
Steelers: Aaron Rodgers
at Bengals: Joe Flacco
Patriots: Drake Maye
at Packers: Jordan Love
at Steelers: Aaron Rodgers
The only two QBs playing incredibly well on that list are Maye and Love.
There are a lot of matchups will the Ravens feel that Jackson gives them an immense advantage on the opposition.
This might just work out just fine for Baltimore.
