The legend of Ryan Rollins with the Milwaukee Bucks keeps on growing. With Milwaukee needing someone to step up amid the absence of superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, the former Toledo Rockets star put on a show on the court, as he established a new career-high in points against his former team, the Golden State Warriors, on Thursday night.
The 23-year-old Rollins led all scorers in the game with 32 points on 13-for-21 shooting from the field, including five 3-pointers on seven attempts. He even outscored former Stephen Curry, who paced the Warriors with 27 points on 8-for-19 shooting. Rollins’ eruption came on the heels of his 25-point production in a 121-111 win over the New York Knicks last Tuesday, also at Fiserv Forum.

Rollins’ night must have gotten even brighter for him when he received a gift from the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player.
According to Ben Steele of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Curry sent a signed No. 30 Golden State jersey to Rollins.
Of course, Rollins appreciated the gesture from the future Basketball Hall of Famer.
“Him being Steph Curry, him just being so down-to-earth and humble in how he talked to me when I was just coming in and for who he was at that time, his stature, (it was) very humbling,” said Rollins. That’s a great thing that I witnessed my first year, so it’s great that I got a jersey.
“I’m going to hang it up on the wall somewhere, for sure.”
The Bucks and the Warriors will meet one more time in the regular season, which will be on Jan. 7 at Chase Center in San Francisco.
