Fabian Hurzeler is also planning without Brajan Geuda and Joel Veltman as his side return to Premier League action at the Amex.
The head coach revealed he expects to have the same options as in midweek at Arsenal.
Mitoma has been out with an ankle issue since before the last international window.
Head coach Hurzeler told his Friday morning press conference: “I think it will be the same squad as we had against Arsenal so no changes regarding this.
“Also, the players who are still affected small issues, they might not be available.
“There are small chances, but I think that the squad from the game against Arsenal will be the squad for tomorrow.”
Mitoma has not been ruled out for the following week’s trip to Crystal Palace, which is followed by a 13-day gap in fixtures due to international action.
Hurzeler said: “No, honestly not - he's back on the pitch, he's training.
“I don't think that it's a big issue and I think we can see him even before the international break.”
Bart Verbruggen, Lewis Dunk, Mats Wieffer, Yankuba Minteh and Danny Welbeck are expected to return to the XI to face Leeds.
Hurzeler said Tommy Watson is “definitely an option” to start in the continuing absence of Mitoma.
