Comparisons with John Terry are easy, but Guehi’s game has more in common with Riccardo Carvalho. He has intelligent positioning, sharp anticipation, and smart tackling rather than just strength. Levi Colwill’s pairing with him might eventually lead to the creation of a long-term defensive core for the Blues’ head coach.
