Premier League confirm festive fixture schedule for Aston Villa and Wolves

Manchester United v Newcastle is the only match taking place on Boxing Day with every other fixture in that round taking place over the weekend.

Wolves will see minimal disruption to the schedule originally announced in the summer, with their trip to Liverpool on Saturday, December 27 kicking-off as planned at 3pm.

Their final match of 2025 at Manchester United on Tuesday, December 30 will now kick-off at 8.15pm and be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The one home match of the festive period sees Wolves host West Ham at 3pm on Saturday, January, before a trip to Everton on Wednesday, January 7 (7.30pm).

Villa’s match at Chelsea on December 27 has been moved to 5.30pm and will be shown live on Sky, with the broadcaster also screening Unai Emery’s men when they visit Arsenal on December 30 (8.15pm).

Their first match of 2026 at home to Nottingham Forest has moved to 12.30pm on January 3 for live broadcast on TNT Sports, with Villa then heading back to London to face Crystal Palace on January 7 (7.30pm).
