London – Saba: Spanish coach Pep Guardiola, manager of English club Manchester City, has confirmed the participation of his Norwegian striker Erling Haaland in the upcoming Premier League match against Bournemouth on Sunday. Guardiola told the official Manchester City website on Friday that Haaland is ready to play against Bournemouth. Haaland had suffered an injury in the final minutes of last week’s 1-0 loss to Aston Villa and subsequently missed Wednesday’s Carabao Cup win over Swansea City. However, Guardiola emphasized that Haaland is fit for the Bournemouth match, noting that the injury was not serious. On the other hand, Guardiola confirmed that Spanish midfielder Rodri is included in the squad for the match, though it has not yet been decided whether he will start. Speaking about Rodri, the Spanish coach said: "I think he will be ready to help. I don’t know if he will start, but I hope he will be with us. He has missed several games, and we all know how important he is to us."
