David Moyes will absolutely love what he has seen from one of his players who is training outside of Finch Farm to continue his development.
After what was a really encouraging start to the season, Everton have endured a few bumps in the road over recent weeks.
The Toffees head into this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting in 12th spot of the Premier League table.
Moyes has a big team selection ahead of him for Monday’s trip to the north east to face an in-form Sunderland side.
Regis Le Bris thinks Everton are a real goal threat, despite the Toffees failing to score in either of their last two Premier League games.
Although the performance against Tottenham Hotspur wasn’t bad, fans will be feeling that something needs to change to pick up three points.
And there is one player who is looking to put in the work behind the scenes to catch the attention of the 62-year-old manager.

Thierno Barry working on his game away from Everton
It has been a difficult start to life on Merseyside for Thierno Barry who signed in the summer from Villarreal.
Moyes has warned Beto and Barry he’s considering a switch-up when it comes to his strikers, given their poor start to the campaign.
Taking to social media on Friday, Barry shared some footage of him working with a coach presumably at his own house.
The footage was posted on Barry’s back-up account as he worked in between cones on first time passes.

How much improvement he will gain from this remains to be seen, but it is a big positive to see his positive attitude amid his struggles.
Tim Sherwood brutally said Barry is not good enough for Everton in the form which he is currently playing for the Blues.
Perhaps Monday will see Barry given a start ahead of Beto, who has shown very little sign of turning his form around.
Barry shares potential Everton start hint ahead of Sunderland
Interestingly, Barry was captured training in a retro Everton shirt once again, which may win him some fans on Merseyside.
However, what he posted on Instagram was particularly interesting, with the final image on his reel potentially providing a hint towards a start on Monday.
Very simply, the image read, ‘ok my turn’.
Chris Sutton has backed Beto to score against Sunderland on Monday evening, but he may have to do so from the bench.
If Barry is to start then it would be a damning statement towards the 27-year-old Beto.
