Ruben Amorim has been praised for creating special memories for Manchester United fans.
Amorim has taken photos and signed autographs outside Old Trafford after every game since his appointment last year - regardless of whether United have won, drawn or lost.
The United boss is generous with his time and ensured that a young fan, Leah Kenny, 12, from Cork, would never forget her trip to Old Trafford alongside her father last weekend.
United won 4-2 against Brighton in the Premier League and the Kenny family travelled from Ireland to attend. Leah's day was made when Amorim stopped to take a photo with her and sign her shirt.
Ed Kenny, Leah's father, told the Manchester Evening News: "It truly is nice to see. He goes above and beyond. What really stood out was the match ended at around 7.25pm. Ruben came out at 8.50pm or so, and he took a photo with Leah around 15 minutes after he came out.
"We had another photo at the very end when he was finishing up. That was almost half an hour later, so he was probably out there for the best part of 45 minutes to an hour.
"He was so genuine. He probably wants to get back to his wife and kids, he's had a long day, but he stopped with everyone, smiled and took phones for selfies. Even after Leah got her first selfie, there was a kid near us who had got a photo but also wanted something signed. He went back.
"He actually made sure every single person who had something to be signed, or kids who wanted a photo, he made sure everyone was done before he left.
"You could see the time he took with kids with disabilities - he was brilliant with them and their families, taking multiple photos. I think he just comes across as so, so genuine, that was my take."
Leah said: "He was really friendly and welcoming. He was really nice to everyone."

Amorim noticed Matheus Cunha's name on Leah's shirt and said 'Oh, Cunha! with a big smile. And Leah was so delighted with her photo that she phoned her United-supporting grandad immediately afterwards.
Ed explained: "I think it means so much. Leah is 12, but those things last with fans forever. Leah's grandad is a huge United fan, he was a season ticket holder and afterwards Leah facetimed him about it.
"Those things are priceless. I remember going to my first game in 1993. It was United-Sheffield Wednesday when Steve Bruce got the two goals, but things stay with kids if they meet a player afterwards. We went out to The Cliff and got a few things signed a few days after the game.
"I think memories like that last forever. It's a big thing for Ruben because it's the end of his day, it was pretty cold and windy, but he wasn't in a rush and you could see the joy in kids' faces. Honestly, it was brilliant."
Amorim signed Leah's shirt with Cunha's name.

United's set-up outside the Old Trafford players' entrance allows young fans the opportunity to meet their heroes. Not every Premier League club is so accommodating on matchdays.
Ed reflected: "I think United do it very well with the security there. There is nobody jumping over the top of kids. I think it's really important to have that connection with the fans.
"You could see people walking away with kids almost in disbelief, having had things signed and selfies. What we all see from Ruben, whether we're reading articles or looking at TV, what you see in the media is what he's like as a person.
"He's so genuine, there was no rush and he's really passionate about that connection with the fans."
The Kenny family will look back on their most recent visit to Old Trafford with great fondness.
