Agyemang’s season has been ended by a ruptured ACL suffered while playing for England.
The Arsenal striker is on a season-long loan to Albion, who face Manchester United on Sunday.
Head coach Vidosic was in touch with Agyemang soon after the game and again when details of the injury had been confirmed.
He has been impressed by her both on the pitch and away from matchdays.
Vidosic said: “It is a young footballer who now will be on the sidelines for a long time.
“It is not just us who are heartbroken by that.
“I think the whole nation seeing her go down in that game.
“I think we all held our breath. We don’t want to lose any of the talents in the WSL.
“She has got everyone’s support. We are right behind her.
“She is a very switched-on kid so her mind is already set on it.
“That is one impressive thing about Miche that maybe not everyone gets to see.
“She will face it head-on but she will have a lot of support to go through it,
“We will help her throughout the journey and I am sure everyone around the country can’t wait to see her back.”
Vidocis said he struggled for what to say to Agyemang.
He added: “There are really no words, It is a tough one but she has been as good as you can hope someone to be in a tough moment.
“She said she is okay, she feels good and now it is the start of her journey.”
Arsenal head coach Renne Slegers added: “Her loan in Brighton has been really positive. She’s got all those minutes for England, contributing at the Euros, so she was in a really good place.
“So of course, it’s always the timing of this isn’t great, it’s not good timing. But she’s very strong and we’re very proud to have her.
“Miche is very strong. She’s a young adult but she’s very, very strong. So she will have the strength to come back and we will do everything we can to support her.”
