The Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation unveiled an initiative on Thursday that will provide underprivileged Valley youth with free tickets to Suns home games throughout the 2025-26 season.
The new initiative, Tickets4Kids presented by Pathward, will form partnerships with local nonprofit organizations to hand out 2,000 tickets before the year runs out.
The newest Suns arena title sponsor, Mortgage Matchup, will also be distributing additional tickets as a supporting partner.
Foundation executive director Sarah Krahenbuhl said in a press release that this campaign “allows us to expand our ticket donation efforts.”
“More than just basketball, this program shows kids what is possible when you work hard and persevere — and encourages them to follow their dreams,” Krahenbuhl said.
The launch won’t stop with unlocking Suns action for children this season but will be a year-round difference-maker through the Mercury’s 2026 season and beyond.
Anthony Sharett, president of financial access-focused national bank Pathward, said he hopes the initiative will grow “excitement for our hometown teams.”
In the Suns most recent home game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, Elevate Phoenix was recognized as among the first benefactors of the initiative.
