The City striker gave us an early lead with a composed finish before he completed his first hat-trick with two penalties either side of half-time.
His trio of strikes was the perfect return to City’s starting XI after his absence the week prior which saw Reiss’ side beat Stoke 3-2.
And it now takes his tally for the season to eight in seven Under-18 Premier League North appearances.
“I’m buzzing,” began Lamb.
“Just buzzing to get the win and helping out. Scoring hat-tricks, it’s my job, isn’t it.

“Definitely the third,” said the striker when asked which of his three goals was his favourite.
The 16-year-old opted to Panenka his penalty after placing his earlier one into the bottom-right corner.
“I got a bit of stick from the Sunderland game for missing that penalty,” he continued.
“So it was good to put two in and prove I can actually take penalties.”
