Leeds United fell to a confidence-stripping 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion this afternoon. The result means Leeds have gained three points from their five away games, having failed to score in four of them.

Here are how the players rated.

Lucas Perri - Will be questions about why he came out so far for the first goal. Similar happened fpot the second goal. Distribution wasn't great either but made a good save or two. 5

Jayden Bogle - Continued to attack with limited success. Poor control led to the third goal. 6

Joe Rodon - Was imploring his teammates to be quicker in the pass. Won his aerial duels and headers from corners. Got done by a dummy for the second goal. 5

Jaka Bijol - Seriously lacks pace when tracking back. That didn't help when Gudmundsson got beaten. 4

Gabriel Gudmundsson - Got drawn out for the first goal, not for the first time season. He's been so good but this seems to be his Achilles heel. Was beaten on the outside again for the second goal. 4

Ao Tanaka - Again, not at his best. Played a few passes forward but nowhere near what was required. 5

Ethan Ampadu - Gave the ball away countless times, although sometimes not always his fault due to a poor pass. Let out on his frustrations on goalscorer Diego Gomez with a rash challenge. 4

Sean Longstaff - A serious drop off from the levels we have become accustomed to recently. That free-kick blasted over the bar was woeful. Corners found Rodon but that was about it. 3

Brenden Aaronson - Weak in the duel and lost it more than succeeded. Didn't improve when he came into the midfield. 3

Dominic Calvert-Lewin - His flick to send Noah Okafor away at the end of the first period was the best thing Leeds did all half. He battled and went close with one effort. Was given zero service all game. 6

Noah Okafor - Looked the most dangerous attacker and tried to be productive. He was the one taking initiative but he couldn't find a breakthrough. 6
