Most people didn’t expect it, but the Chicago Bulls are currently undefeated with their 5-0 record.
The team has been far more competitive than fans expected, partly thanks to Josh Giddey, who is having a terrific season so far.
He is currently averaging 22.0 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game, shooting 48.1 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from the three-point line.
His true shooting percentage sits at 58.5, another indicator of how great this year has been for Giddey so far.

Giddey is starting his second full season with the Bulls and is sure to be the team’s lead star again.
Last year, he produced 14.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.2 assists.
During the summer, Giddey and the Bulls negotiated over a new deal.
Chicago sees a lot of potential in Giddey and envisions him as someone who could lead the team for years to come, but they also didn’t want to pay too much for him and limit their other options.
In the end, they came to an agreement that made both sides happy, and it seems like it was the right choice.
Giddey isn’t the only strong force on the team, but he’s definitely the center of all Chicago’s plans right now.
However, the season is just getting started, and things are definitely going to become tougher for the Bulls soon.
It remains to be seen if Giddey can keep producing numbers like this after the rest of the league finds its footing.
Most people don’t foresee Chicago as a true championship contender, but there is a chance that this squad is able to outperform and impress for the whole season.
The team and Giddey are doing better than expected so far, and they want to keep it up.
