Chelsea fans would have been really worried after Enzo Maresca’s update concerning Cole Palmer last month.
Prior to the Blues’ 3-0 win against Nottingham Forest, Palmer was ruled out for another six weeks.
That time frame would see the attacking midfielder miss some huge games, including a Champions League tie versus Barcelona.
However, it now looks like Palmer could actually feature in that match.

Chelsea want to give Cole Palmer minutes against Burnley before Barcelona match
Before Chelsea host Barcelona at Stamford Bridge on 25 November, they travel to Turf Moor to take on Burnley in the Premier League.
According to journalist Simons Phillips, who has given an update on Palmer’s situation on Si Phillips Talks Chelsea, the plan is for the 23-year-old to play half an hour of football against Burnley before making his first start since September versus Barcelona.
It is great news for Maresca, who will be desperate to have his star player back as soon as possible.
Once Palmer returns, Jamie Redknapp expects Chelsea to improve. They had to play London rivals Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday without him but still managed to secure all three points in the end.
Their next Premier League fixture is against Wolverhampton Wanderers, whom they already beat 4-3 in the Carabao Cup during the week. After that, Maresca’s men face Qarabag in the Champions League.
