The Pittsburgh Steelers made the right choice when the team decided to bring in veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers this season.
As the NFL season enters Week 9, the Steelers hold the top spot in the AFC North, and a lot of that has to do with Rodgers.

On Sunday, the Steelers face a massive challenge against the red-hot Indianapolis Colts. However, the Steelers may have to do it without their veteran quarterback.
NFL on CBS shared a clip of Rodgers getting some pregame warmups in, when the star quarterback appeared to suffer a hand injury.

It appeared to have happened during a practice snap, and the frustration from Rodgers was visible after the rep.
This would be a massive loss for the Steelers. But it appears that Rodgers will still be ready to go when this one starts in just a few minutes.

However, the injury will be something to keep an eye on during the game. The Steelers may hold the lead in the AFC North, but that race is getting closer, as the Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens are just one game behind.
Beating the Colts would elevate the Steelers within the AFC. But they won’t be doing that without Rodgers under center.
