Terry Bradshaw and Michael Strahan clashed when discussing whether the rejuvenated Kansas City Chiefs will win the AFC West.
On FOX NFL Sunday, Bradshaw and Strahan were discussing the fortunes of the Chiefs. It comes after the four-time Super Bowl champion insisted Jonathan Taylor’s MVP race could be derailed by his own quarterback, Daniel Jones.

The Chiefs have been in fine form recently. After slipping to 2-3 following a Monday Night Football loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City has won three successive games and is emerging as a real threat to go on a run down the stretch.

In their last two games versus the Las Vegas Raiders and the Washington Commanders, the Chiefs have scored 59 points and allowed just seven. The offense is clicking around Patrick Mahomes, while the defense has also found form.
However, winning the division might prove to be more difficult than in previous years. The Denver Broncos hold a one-game lead atop the AFC West, boasting a 6-2 record and having won each of their last five games.
Sean Payton’s team made the playoffs last season, and the Broncos are desperate to go further this time around in Bo Nix’s sophomore season. Denver appears to be a formidable team and still has to play the Chiefs at Mile High and at Arrowhead.
When asked who he expects to win the AFC West, Bradshaw said: “Chiefs! I’ll say it. I think the Chiefs are on a roll. They got all their guys back…”

“Yeah, but Denver’s on a roll too!” interrupted Strahan. “I’m sticking with Denver. They’re not as consistent— I don’t trust them as much as I trust Kansas City, but at the same time, they haven’t done anything to make me lost faith in the fact they’re gonna do it.”
While Strahan was talking, Bradshaw chimed in: “They’re not as consistent, I don’t think.”
Bradshaw clearly doesn't want to write off Mahomes, who will move level with the Pittsburgh Steelers legend if he wins a fourth Super Bowl before the end of his career.

Meanwhile, Strahan is perhaps a fan of the dominant Denver defense given his own career wrecking opposition backfields.
Both the Broncos and Chiefs endured a difficult start to the season before picking up form over the last few weeks. Along with the Los Angeles Chargers, who defeated the Chiefs in Brazil to open the season, there appears to be a three-way shootout for the AFC West title in 2025.
The Broncos face the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in Week 9, while the Chiefs travel to Highmark Stadium to take on Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills later in the day on Sunday, Nov. 2.
