Packers-Panthers game delayed momentarily because of a beach ball

For the amount of people that are in NFL stadiums, you don't see a lot of delays for objects that end up on the field very often.

The Green Bay Packers and Carolina Panthers got one of those on Sunday.

It was very, very brief, but it still happened.

All because of a beach ball.

Have a watch:

Given what the wind was doing there, it may not have even been thrown. Some fans were trying to amuse themselves while Bryce Young was playing offense, and their beach ball got away from them.

It then did a quick escape to try to avoid the official before Jalen Coker ran it down.

Shoutout to the coach on the sideline who made sure that beach ball had interrupted the game for the last time.

Apparently it was good vibes for the Panthers, and specifically Rico Dowdle. He soon converted a fourth-down carry, and then he capped the drive with a touchdown run.

Carolina might ask for another beach ball on the field soon if the TD rate stays like that.
