Nuno Espirito Santo used a surprising and wholesome approach to inspire his players before West Ham's win over Newcastle.

The win ended their nine-month wait for a home win, a run which dated back to beating Leicester on February 27.
It was also the first time Nuno has claimed three points as Hammer boss having replaced Graham Potter as manager in September.
Following the match, defender El Hadji Malick Diouf revealed the tactic used by the Portuguese to motivate his players.
Nuno and his coaching staff had displayed childhood photos of his squad in the dressing before kick-off.

Diouf shared a snap of the display to his Instagram story, writing: "Well done lads."
The move has been hailed by Hammers supporters after they returned to winning ways.
Reacting on X, one fan commented: "Lovely little touch to get the boys motivated."
Nuno's players needed the added motivation after falling behind early on to a Jacob Murphy effort.
However, they turned the match on its head before half time when Lucas Paqueta's equaliser was followed by a Sven Botman own goal.
Tomas Soucek then added a third for the hosts in stoppage time at the end of the match.

The win lifts the Hammers above Nuno's former club Nottingham Forest and into 18th place.
They remain three points from safety, though, after just a second league win of the season.
Speaking after the match, Nuno told Sky Sports: "It feels really good.
"We are happy and proud of the way we played the game. The boys did amazingly and the reaction of the team was amazing.
"We had a lot of moments against us but it was a fantastic reaction. Off the ball is what concerns me the most and I think we took a good step in the way we wanted.
"This means a lot to us, but nothing is done. We have a lot of work to do and we will start trying to improve more next week."

The Hammers could move out of the relegation zone before the international break.
Nuno's side are at home once again in their next match as they welcome Burnley to east London on Saturday.
