When the Washington Commanders and their fans remember this season, perhaps even years from now, they probably will have the same nightmarish moment seared in their minds: Jayden Daniels scrambling to his right, still trying to make something happen in an unsalvageable blowout. Seattle Seahawks linebacker Drake Thomas wrapping his arms around the quarterback and spinning him to the ground. Daniels bracing against the turf and grimacing behind his face mask as his left elbow bent in a way that elbows should not bend.
