Wolves Express | Pereira leaves Wolves after Fulham loss

Wolves’ loss to Fulham on Saturday was the final match as head coach for Vitor Pereira and Monday’s Wolves Express features a disappointed Sam Johnstone.

The goalkeeper was on media duty after the 3-0 reverse at Craven Cottage and uses words such as “frustrating” and “embarrassing” when assessing the Old Gold’s defeat in the capital, which led to Pereira’s departure.

Wolves Women enjoyed a more successful afternoon on Sunday, however. They beat Halifax 2-0 in West Yorkshire, having scored twice within the opening ten minutes.

The second of those goals came courtesy of Louanne Worsey and she was delighted with the performance after a tough, three-match week, while holding a special word for the supporters.

Before Worsey, head coach Dan McNamara has his say on the podcast. He discusses his side’s quick starts, the well-worked goals and the overall performance.

_Released three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – Wolves Express is packed with news, updates and exclusive interviews on both the playing and non-playing side of the club, complementing other offerings of the [**Official Wolves Podcast**](https://www.wolves.co.uk/wolvestv/wolves-radio/) and [**Matchday Live Extra**](https://www.wolves.co.uk/wolvestv/wolves-radio/)._
