Rumours have been spreading that a global superstar is set to announce new UK tour dates, including stadium shows at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium and London’s Wembley Stadium. The performances are expected to mark the final European stadium leg of the artist’s ongoing tour in May 2026.

Pop superstar Lady Gaga is currently touring Europe with her sold out Mayhem Ball tour. The Abracadabra singer visited the UK for four nights in London in September/October before wrapping the British leg with two shows in Manchester last month.

Reliable insiders from Lady Gaga’s fan community, who have previously leaked accurate information about her North American and Japanese tour dates, now claim the singer is set to return to the UK next year.

This follows reports of contract extensions with her security team, which has been involved in the European arena dates. Lady Gaga had initially stated the Mayhem Ball tour would be a shorter run than her previous tours and would not include stadium performances.

However, she has since gone back on those comments multiple times by expanding the tour with several new waves of international dates, including three outdoor stadium shows in Australia.

Lady Gaga is rumoured to announce both her Liverpool and stadium shows by the end of November, coinciding with the potential reveal of 'Total Mayhem' - the follow-up to her latest album. "Total Mayhem" has been referenced on numerous during the current tour.

Lady Gaga mentioned in an interview with Zane Lowe that she wrote around 50 songs during the Mayhem sessions, with only 17 being released. TMZ also cited Mayhem as "Gaga’s first album this year" - implying there could be another.

In September, My Chemical Romance fans correctly speculated about a potential Anfield show after noticing advertising featuring the band's logo on screens during the Merseyside Derby.

Band member Frank lero also posted a selfie wearing a Liverpool FC shirt and cap and captioned the post “All eyez on the pitch tomorrow, Let’s go Reds!” ahead of the game.

Days later the band was confirmed as the first of Anfield Stadium's summer concert lineup, with a gig taking place on Tuesday, June 30 next year. The home of Liverpool FC has become one of the UK's premier live music destinations during the football off season.

My Chemical Romance will join huge stars such as Taylor Swift, Bruce Springsteen and Dua Lipa, who have all headlined the stadium in recent years.
