Arne Slot has ruled out two players until after the international break, while Alexander Isak has a small chance of being involved in the squad against Man City.
Liverpool welcomed Curtis Jones back to training on Monday, in time for the visit of Real Madrid in the Champions League, but remain without three first-team players.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Slot confirmed that none of Alisson, Jeremie Frimpong, nor Isak will be involved in the Champions League fixture.
And only Isak will be in contention for the Premier League trip to Man City on Sunday, though that is not guaranteed as the striker has yet to return to training due to a groin injury.
“They’re all not available for tomorrow,” Slot started. “Jeremie and Alisson will both also not be available for Sunday.

“With Alex, we have to wait and see. Definitely not starting on Sunday, but maybe he can be involved in the squad.
“But he is still not training with the team, so we have to wait and see.”
It will not come as a surprise that neither Alisson nor Frimpong are not available until after the November international break, but it will be a source of frustration that Isak remains sidelined.
The Swede has missed the last three games after Slot declared his pre-season with the club was over, with back-to-back starts after two 90 minutes with his country seeing his body breakdown.
Hugo Ekitike will be expected to continue to lead the line in his absence.
City trip will not dictate lineup on Tuesday

The much-needed win on Saturday was the first of three matches in nine days before the November break, but Slot has insisted that his selection against Real Madrid has no bearing on plans for the trip to the Etihad.
“Sunday’s game is not in my thinking when it comes to the lineup for tomorrow because there are four days in between,” Slot said. “There are a lot of moments this season where there was only two days in between, like tomorrow.
“But maybe for the first time this season, for the opponent we face, it is the same. Many other times when we only had two days rest, we faced a team that had a week or four days rest.
“The lineup tomorrow will not have anything to do with what happens on Sunday.”
