The Seattle Seahawks are being “very aggressive” as the NFL’s trade deadline approaches, FOX Sports insider Jay Glazer reported Sunday morning.

Glazer named the Seahawks as one of a handful of aggressive teams leading up to Tuesday’s 1 p.m. deadline for trades. He noted Seattle is in the market for several positions.
“The teams that I would say are most aggressive right now going into this trade deadline, it’s … the Seattle Seahawks. They are very aggressive right now for several different positions,” Glazer said during FOX NFL Sunday. “The Bears, the Niners, the Cowboys – they’re being aggressive as well. I don’t think you’re going to see any big names (moved). And the Eagles, too, they’re being aggressive.”

Positions the Seahawks could be in the market for include guard, wide receiver, edge rusher, linebacker and safety.
Glazer’s report comes one day after ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported teams have contacted the Seahawks about the availability of edge rusher Boye Mafe and cornerback Riq Woolen. However, Seattle hasn’t wanted to trade Mafe or Woolen, per Schefter.
Is Trey Hendrickson on the block?
One name the Seahawks have been linked since the offseason is Cincinnati Bengals pass rusher Trey Hendrickson. The four-time Pro Bowler had 17.5 sacks in each of the past two seasons, which includes leading the NFL last year.
Hendrickson has four sacks in seven games this season but was inactive for the Bengals’ game Sunday after reaggravating a hip injury last week.
Glazer reported that the Bengals have recently changed their tune about dealing the All-Pro pass rusher.
“They did say no originally, and then the last couple days a bunch of GMs said, hey, you better check this out, because now they’re saying yes to us,” Glazer said. “Whether or not they can get what they’re looking for, I don’t know about that. But it seemed like a hard no about a week or so ago, and now it’s not.”
