KEY QUESTIONS: Will Lions be active as trade deadline approaches?

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell spoke to the media Monday following Sunday's loss at home to the Minnesota Vikings in which Detroit didn't play particularly well in all three phases.

Here are all the key questions from Monday's press conference:

What were the things that jumped out to Campbell on tape that explained Sunday's loss to Minnesota?

The first thing Campbell pointed to was Minnesota's 142 rushing yards with a 4.9 average to Detroit's 65 total yards rushing and 3.3 average.

He also pointed to the penalty discrepancy that was 10-7 in Minnesota's favor, the Vikings being 3-for-5 in the red zone compared to Detroit's 1-for-3, the two special team blunders Detroit had with the blocked field goal and long Vikings kickoff return that gave Minnesota the ball in plus territory leading to points, and David Montgomery’s fumble in plus territory that turned into a touchdown.

"The sky is not falling," Campbell said. "We just didn't play very good. We just didn't play very good and so much of it in the fundamentals and the discipline which showed up in that game and they capitalized. They did a good job, and they took advantage of our mistakes, and they got a W because of it."
