Phoenix Suns bring back popular “The Valley” City Edition uniforms

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — “Rally The Valley” is sure to bring up memories — both the good and the … not-so-good — from the Phoenix Suns’ 2021 NBA Finals run.

The Suns are bringing back a staple of that remarkable run with their “The Valley” Nike City Edition uniforms this year.

The jerseys were beloved among Suns fans, who have been clamoring for a return of the digitized Phoenix sunset-style gradient since the team stopped wearing them after the 2021-22 season. The design features the silhouette of Camelback Mountain, and the gradient pattern is also printed on the shorts.

Along with “The Valley” uniforms, the Suns will have a new City Edition court that includes the same wordmark and sunset gradient.

Phoenix will the debut the new City Edition uniforms on Nov. 13 at home against the Indiana Pacers. The game is also Valley Creators Night, supported by PayPal, when local creators will be recognized for their terrific work across the Valley.

The Suns’ City Edition uniforms will be worn for 11 home games this season.

Along with all other Suns unforms this year, the new jerseys will feature a PayPal sponsorship patch. The company is entering its eighth season as the Suns’ jersey patch sponsor.

The new “The Valley” jerseys will be available for fans to buy starting on Nov. 11 at the Team Shop inside Mortgage Matchup Center or online.
