Fans Think Post Malone Will Perform At The Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Halftime Show Following Cryptic Post On Social…

It would be a natural fit.

Yesterday, the Dallas Cowboys shared a teaser of who will be the halftime performer for their annual Red Kettle Kickoff Thanksgiving halftime show, which has featured country artists for the last several years in Lainey Wilson in, Dolly Parton in 2023 (iconic), and Luke Combs in 2022.

They’ve all been great, and country music and football just goes together, so it would make a ton of sense for them to continue the streak and have another country artist of sorts perform again this year.

Second to the Super Bowl, the Cowboys Thanksgiving Halftime show is one of the NFL’s biggest performances of the year, so it’s a pretty big deal to get tapped as the artist to do the honors, and it seems like this year, a Texas native might be taking over…

Fans think Post Malone is going to be the guy, especially after the Cowboys shared the following post hinting at who the artist might be, which a pretty short video where you see an eighteen-wheeler driving down the road, with a Dak Prescott bobblehead on the truck dashboard.

The bobblehead could be a hint at Malone’s hit song “Wow,” which includes the line, “Last call, Hail Mary, Prescott touchdown,” and the eighteen-wheeler has been used in tons of visuals for Post’s most recent album.

Of course, he’s fully in his country era after releasing his debut country album F-1 Trillion last year, with another one in the works likely coming next year, so we’ll see if it’s official once the Cowboys make an official announcement, which is likely coming very soon.

It’s going to be a big game as the Cowboys will take on the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday, November 27th at 3:30 PM at AT&T Stadium, which will air on CBS, and I think most people know that Post is also a massive Cowboys fan, so I’m sure it would be a dream come true for him.

Tons of fans in the comments of all of the Cowboys social media pages think Posty will do the honors at Thanksgiving Halftime this year too, and we should have an official answer sometime this week:

This is gonna be big. It’s almost time to reveal our performer for The Salvation Army’s #RedKettleKickoff this Thanksgiving on CBS. pic.twitter.com/oblf2PhvgB

I love me some Posty, I really do, but NOTHING, and no one, will ever top Dolly Parton’s 2023 Thanksgiving Halftime Show performance…
