The Oklahoma City Thunder were at it again on Sunday, easily defeating the New Orleans Pelicans 137-106.
That win margin was impressive enough, but it was made even better by the fact that they haven’t lost once so far this season.
In fact, the Thunder have become the third team in NBA history to start 7-0 in back-to-back seasons.
The reigning champions join the Houston Rockets from the 1990s and the Boston Celtics from the 60s.
With such a strong start to the season, it’s obvious that they are clear frontrunners to win the title again this year.

This season started with two back-to-back double-overtime wins, another historic accomplishment for the team.
With those two games against the Rockets and the Indiana Pacers, some fans were worried that the Thunder would have a very combative and challenging season.
It’s not easy for a team to claim consecutive titles, especially because every other squad in the league is attempting to bring them down.
The Thunder are a major target, but they have now put together an exhilarating string of wins that prove they are still very much the team to beat in the league.
Last year, OKC showed the sports world that they are a true two-way team, and that hasn’t changed over the summer.
They are about to start a four-game road trip, facing off against the Los Angeles Clippers, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings, and Memphis Grizzlies before coming back to Oklahoma.
Now people are wondering just how long this winning streak will go and if they can reach double-digits before they suffer their first loss.
