West Ham’s display on Saturday demonstrated that Nuno has arrived and his methods are getting through to our team.
That is the view of The West Ham Way Podcast host Dave Walker, who like many West Ham fans are present, is still buzzing from what unfolded at the London Stadium on Sunday.
I am still delighted with what we saw at the weekend against Newcastle – fully deserved and my god did we need that!
What a performance from those players, they really stepped up and it was like seeing a completely different team that we have seen of late.
I felt that Nuno too had arrived in this game, with him getting everything absolutely spot on and what was pleasing was how the players responded. It seems a lot of good work was done on the training ground.
That performance and result has come at such a vital time and I’m delighted. Lets go and build on this now and see much of the same this weekend against Burnley.
