Gameweek ten of the 2025/26 Premier League season is now in the books. With victories for teams such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool, who were the biggest winners and losers this week in Fantasy Premier League?
With top stars such as Erling Haaland, Mohamed Salah and Joao Pedro getting on the scoresheet, points were being thrown around like confetti this week.
The average player score for gameweek ten stands at 65. As such, if you didn’t have a few of these superstars in your team, there is a chance you might’ve been left behind this week. Were you among the lucky few who leapt ahead of the competition – or were you left in the dust?
Goalkeepers
Two goalkeepers share the greatest points total this week – Fulham’s Bernd Leno and Liverpool’s Giorgi Mamardashvili each scored seven points for keeping a clean sheet and making a smattering of saves during their respective Premier League outings.
Neither were massively threatened by their opposition over the course of 90 minutes – as such, despite having the highest of any goalkeeper on FPL this week, their points totals are little to write home about. On the other end of the spectrum, Senne Lammens, Caoimhin Kelleher and Emi Martinez only received a single point as they each conceded two goals.
Defenders
Once again, Arsenal’s Gabriel was the highest-scoring defender with a total of 12 after the Gunners’ 2-0 away win over Burnley. Gabriel kept a clean sheet and notched up an assist along the way, managing to collect all three bonus points for his efforts.
Additionally, Marc Guehi picked up a healthy total of 10 points this week. Three defenders were given the ignomy of a minus points total in gameweek ten, though – Sven Botman went him with -1, while Wolves players Emmanuel Agbadou and Yerson Mosquera were both slapped with a disastrous -3.
